Jurnee Smollett Estranged Husband of Seeks 50% of Her Retirement Funds [NEWS]

Josiah Bell, the ex-husband of Hollywood actress Jurnee Smollett, is reportedly seeking 50% of her retirement funds.

This follows Smollett’s payment of nearly $1 million to Bell as part of their 2021 divorce settlement. The couple ended their marriage after nearly a decade due to irreconcilable differences.

Jurnee and Josiah were married on October 24, 2010, in an intimate ceremony at the Los Angeles Botanical Garden, officiated by her pastor father-in-law and attended by close family and friends.

Reports indicate Bell is now seeking a portion of Smollett’s retirement savings, including her 401(k) and Screen Actors Guild (SAG) pension.
